HCDB PADEL COURT RENTAL

HCDB Padel members can easily reserve a court via the KNLTB Club app.

 

This goes like this:

  1. Download the KNLTB ClubApp
  2. Select: “HCDB Padel”
  3. Log in with your membership number and password (you will receive these after registration)
  4. Choose the court and time you want to play
  5. Enter the names of your fellow players* or guests
  6. Click on reserve
  7. You pay for any introductions
  8. You will receive confirmation of your reservation by email

 

*make sure you tick the correct orange box when entering your membership number


As a member of HCDB Padel, you can play padel with other club members and non-members. If you play with four members, there are no additional fees. If you play with three members and one non-member, court rental fees apply for the guest. Each guest pays €7.50. At least two HCDB Padel members must play on each court, so a maximum of two guests are allowed. Each member is allowed to bring a guest a maximum of four times per year, during both off-peak and peak hours.

Looking for a padel buddy?

As a member of HCDB Padel, you can join the "Padel Buddy Wanted" app group. If you'd like to play but are missing one or two players, you can post your request through this app group. Add your desired level, and you'll find your third and/or fourth player in no time!

Renting a court at HCDB Padel as a non-member?

Even if you're not a member of HDCB Padel, you can rent a court at HC 's-Hertogenbosch. You can do this through the "Meet & Play" app or via meetandplay.nl. Reservations through this app can be made up to 48 hours in advance. Court rental costs €20 per hour during off-peak hours and €30 during peak hours.

Agreements and rules:

  • Opening hours of the courts are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 11pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am to 8pm
  • You can only play paddle tennis if you have reserved a court in advance.
  • All fellow players must always be listed in the reservation.
  • You can reserve a padel court up to 7 days in advance. *For non-members, the reservation period is 48 hours.
  • During off-peak hours you can book as often as you like per day/week, but during peak hours you can only book once per week.
  • Peak hours are Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
  • Off-peak hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and all day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • The playing time for padel is 60 minutes and starts on the half hour.
  • If you've made a reservation but are unexpectedly unable to attend, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible. This will give others the opportunity to use the available time slot.
