1 vs. 1 - Panna Rules: Face off head-to-head and prove your skills. A quick hockey panna can win the game, but be careful: concentration and speed are your best allies.

1 vs. 1 - Panna Rules
You play 1-on-1, and the first player to score 15 points (or the one with the most points after 3 minutes) wins. You can also discuss playing time among yourselves, but be mindful of giving other players time in the panna cage as well.
The distribution of points is as follows:
- Goal: 1 point
- 2x shoot (ball on your foot): 1 point
- Panna: 3 points !!
2 tegen 2 - Panna Spelregels
You play 2-on-2, and the team that first scores 20 points wins, or the team with the most points after 7 minutes. You can also discuss playing time among yourselves, but be mindful of giving other players time in the panna cage as well.
The distribution of points is as follows:
- Goal: 1 point
- 2x shoot (ball on your foot): 1 point
- Panna: 3 points !!
King of the Court
The winner of the Panna Battle remains standing. This is possible in 1 vs. 1, 2 vs. 2, and 3 vs. 3.
Playing time: by mutual agreement.
You can also choose to switch at a certain score.

Keep an eye on the hockey club's website for the opportunity to compete in a PANNA BATTLE with internationals like Frederique Matla, Joosje Burg, Koen Bijen, or Timo Boers.
