Since the new facility opened, a sign has been placed at the entrance to HC 's-Hertogenbosch's facilities indicating that there are security cameras on the premises and that other footage may be recorded. This footage may be used for communication purposes and by the Tulp Hoofdklasse's media partners. To ensure complete transparency regarding the processing of this footage, HC 's-Hertogenbosch has created this privacy policy.
1. Introduction: Hockey Club HC 's-Hertogenbosch values the privacy of its members, visitors, and employees. This privacy policy is intended to inform you about the use of images on our premises, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Use of CCTV. CCTV cameras are installed on the grounds of HC 's-Hertogenbosch. These cameras are used for the security of persons and property. The footage can be viewed by authorized employees and, if necessary, shared with law enforcement agencies. CCTV footage is not retained longer than necessary and in accordance with statutory retention periods.
3. Recordings and images. Photos and video recordings may be taken during matches, training sessions, and events. These recordings may be used for communication and promotional purposes, such as publication on the website, social media channels, and other communications of HC 's-Hertogenbosch.
4. Use by media partners: Imagery of matches and events may also be used by our media partners, including those of the Tulp Hoofdklasse, for reporting and promotion of hockey. This may include broadcasts, online publications, and social media. If you do not want your imagery published by these media partners, you must contact them directly. HC 's-Hertogenbosch is not responsible for portrait rights through these media partners.
