The membership fees of Hockey Club 's-Hertogenbosch are indexed annually and apply per season.
* A top surcharge of €237 applies to players in U18-1, U16-1, and U14-1. A width-plus surcharge of €119 applies to players in U18-2, U16-2, U14-2, U14-3, and U12-3. (Subject to change)
**The maximum family contribution excludes registration fees, surcharges for top-level hockey, indoor hockey, absences, and fines. The maximum family contribution will be waived if the membership dues are not paid on time. Definition of family: a family consists of parents and children living at the same address and (student) children up to the age of 25.
CANCEL OR MODIFY MEMBERSHIP
You can cancel your membership free of charge until June 1st. Cancellations must be submitted by email before June 1st to secretariaat@hcdenbosch.nl. NOTE: If you haven't received a confirmation, your cancellation has not been processed. You will remain a member and therefore liable for membership fees.
You can still change your membership until September 1st. If your circumstances change after June 1st, you can ask the secretariat to convert your membership to non-playing and, if necessary, process the cancellation by the end of the next season. Depending on your availability, you may still be able to become a playing member during the season.
Until March 1st, you can, for valid reasons, convert your membership for the second half of the season to a non-playing membership and request a refund. This is at the discretion of our club's board and amounts to a maximum of 30% of the total membership fee.
Converting to a non-playing member is not possible retroactively.
CONTRIBUTION INVOICES
Payment by invoice
Invoices will be sent at the end of July and must be paid by September 1st to account number NL50 RABO 0130 8677 72 in the name of Hockey Club 's-Hertogenbosch, stating the invoice and membership number.
Payment by direct debit
If you pay in one installment, the collection will take place around September 1st.
If you pay in two installments, the first collection will take place around August 1 and the second around October 1.
Invoices for top hockey and Breedte-plus supplements: mid-October. Indoor membership fees: mid-December.
MEMBERSHIP COMPENSATION VIA THE YOUTH FUND SPORTS & CULTURE, THE LEERGELD FOUNDATION, OR SPECIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE MUNICIPALITY OF 'S-HERTOGENBOSCH
Hockey Club 's-Hertogenbosch believes it's important for as many people as possible to participate in sports. We strive to keep membership fees as low as possible. We'd also like to inform you of the options available if you'd like a contribution towards your costs.
- The Youth Sports & Culture Fund: children under 18 are eligible for payment of the membership fee. More information can be found at www.jeugdfondssportencultuur.nl/ouders
- Stichting Leergeld: This foundation offers parents opportunities to allow their children aged 4 to 17 to participate in in-school and extracurricular activities. For more information, visit www.leergelddenbosch.nl
- Special assistance: Within the municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch, you can apply for special assistance in certain cases. Special assistance provides extra help for people with limited resources. For more information, visit www.s-hertogenbosch.nl/aanvragenbijzonderebijstand
Contribution for young people up to 18 years: assistance from the Youth Fund
Being a member of HC 's-Hertogenbosch is a common occurrence for many people. However, there are children in 's-Hertogenbosch (up to 18 years old) who, due to their parents' financial situation, cannot participate in all activities. If parents cannot afford their child's membership fee, financial support is available. The 's-Hertogenbosch - Vught Youth Fund for Sports & Culture covers the membership fee and other costs, such as clothing and equipment needed for sports.
To be eligible for compensation from the Youth Fund for Sports and Culture, an application must be submitted through one of the Youth Fund's intermediaries. These intermediaries work in education (for example, the principal, educational counselor, or gym teacher), at various community centers, and at Leergeld Den Bosch.

EXPLANATION
Half membership
- You train fully,
- You play a maximum of 50% of the matches,
- Minimum 13 full members in the team and the sum of all full members (counting for 1) and half members (counting for 0.5) in a team is at least 15,
- HSL members can register before July 1 via penningmeester@hcdenbosch.nl,
- No changes are possible during the season, in case of injury to an HSL member, no refund is possible,
You inform your captain and TC seniors.
Team korting seniors
- For 14 or more players, 2% of the total paid membership fee will be credited to the team card, provided all payments are made by October 31st.
For student training, individual substitute appearance or a strip card for 5 matches
