DIGITAAL WEDSTRIJD FORMULIER HANDLEIDING
We hebben jullie hulp nodig komend seizoen !
Unfortunately, we find that many teams do not complete the DWF completely, incorrectly, or not at all. This applies not only to senior teams, but also to the 30 /45 , junior, and youngest youth teams.
Starting this season, the KNHB will be enforcing this more strictly! Incorrect or incomplete completion of a DWF can even result in a €250 fine and a 3-point deduction. (See Federation Regulations 9.3)
Please note: if your team has received a fine for this from the KNHB, we will forward it to the team in question, and the team will also have to pay it.
Access DWF on computer, phone or tablet
Everyone with a role in a match must register once via the link dwf.hockeyweerelt.nl, the hockey.nl app, or the Lisa app. You can do this using your club's login details. Alternatively, you can log in using a hockey account, which you can also use on knhb.nl and hockey.nl.
Verification code:
Registration is only required once. If you have a role in a match, the system will automatically populate the matches that match your role. If you don't see any matches yet, or if you have a one-time role with a specific team, use the verification code for that role (team support or referee code). This code will also grant you access to the match in question. These added matches will also disappear from your overview afterward. For example, if you step in as a manager and use the team support code, the matches for that team will be linked to your profile. However, because you use a code, this team isn't permanently linked to you. Within a week of the match, the matches for this team will disappear from your overview, and your profile will be updated again, matching the roles you normally fulfill according to the system.
Voor de wedstrijd:
Competition preparation
- Before the match can begin, the team support team checks the players who will be playing in the DWF. It's also possible to add substitutes. Team support staff can also enter squad numbers.
Referees review form
- The referee can access the form by registering. With the verification code, they can access the DWF. Before the match, the referees check that the form has been completed correctly by both teams. They can see whether the correct number of players has been checked.
Immediately after the match:
Enter position and cards
- After the match, the referees enter the final score (and any shootout score) as quickly as possible. Cards can also be added where necessary. Both referees complete the DWF in this manner.
Check team support (or captain)
- The team support staff of both teams can check the score, cards, and comments entered by the referees, but only after the referees have completed the form. If desired, the team support staff can also add comments to the form. After that, they each approve the form.
Youngest Youth:
Because the youngest youth teams don't use referees, the process for completing the DWF for these teams differs from the other competitions. After the match, the team support staff of both teams can enter the score and make any comments. Therefore, no referee code is required for these matches, even though one is currently listed. As before, both teams complete the process themselves.
Information for team support:
Are you involved with a team as a team support person? Then you will receive a verification code for the match. By linking this code in the DWF (Data Protection Report) after logging in, this and future matches will appear in your personal overview. For an explanation of linking matches and completing the DWF, please refer to the manual. If anything is unclear, please consult the FAQs.
Information for referees:
Have you been assigned as a referee for a match? Then you can use the referee verification code to complete the DWF. Instructions are provided in the manual. If you're still unsure, you might find an answer in the FAQs.
