What are you going to do?
As a chef at HC 's-Hertogenbosch, you'll be responsible for both the culinary development and the organizational aspects of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will be varied:
- Cooking for our top teams, with healthy and sports-oriented meals.
- Preparing and providing lunches for training courses and meetings at the club.
- Organizing culinary events such as sponsor evenings, (inter)national tournaments, and European Cup dinners.
- Managing in the kitchen: you plan, direct and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Purchasing and inventory management, with an eye for costs, sustainability and smart reuse.
- Collaborate with the hospitality manager and club manager to take the hospitality industry to the next level.
What are you bringing?
- Experience as an independent chef, preferably with management or organizational experience.
- Goede planning- en organisatievaardigheden.
- Affinity with sports, health and nutrition.
- Stress-resistant, flexible and guest-oriented.
- You have strong communication skills and can switch between different target groups: from players and volunteers to sponsors and suppliers.

Kitchen staff vacancy (weekends, from 16 years)

HC 's-Hergtogenbosch is looking for a weekend kitchen staff member to strengthen our kitchen team on match days and during events.
What are you going to do?
- You help in the kitchen with preparing and serving simple dishes (such as sandwiches, snacks and salads).
- You ensure that the kitchen remains tidy and clean.
- You work together with other team members to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- You help with cleaning up and closing the kitchen afterwards.
Who are you?
- You are 16 years or older.

HC 's-Hertogenbosch is looking for an Operations Manager for Hospitality to work alongside our catering, kitchen, and club managers to ensure smooth operations – from match days to events and weekday club activities.
What are you going to do?
As a Hospitality Operations Manager, you'll be the link in our daily operations. You'll ensure that our hospitality operational processes run effectively and hospitably. This means, among other things:
- Managing the daily catering operations during match days, weekday activities and events.
- Coordinating volunteers, employees and external staff behind the bar and in the service.
- Collaborate with the catering manager (policy), kitchen manager (culinary) and association manager (planning & organization).
- Ensuring continuity, quality and service, befitting a top sports club.
- Working during peak times: you are flexible and willing to roll up your sleeves.
- Attention to appearance, hygiene and guest experience.
- Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
