VACANCY: COACH WANTED FOR GOALKEEPER TRAINING
Are you passionate about hockey and want to contribute to the development of our club's goalkeepers? The 's-Hertogenbosch Hockey Club's goalkeeper school is looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to help organize and coordinate our goalkeeper training sessions for both junior and senior players in recreational sports.
What are you going to do?
· Planning and organizing goalkeeper training
· Ensure continuity and structure within the goalkeeping school
· Be the point of contact for coaches, goalkeepers and parents
Administrative tasks such as maintaining schedules and communication
· Supporting goalkeepers in their development, from young to old
Who are we looking for?
· Someone with an affinity for hockey and/or goalkeeping
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Reliable and available at fixed times during the week
· Experience in providing training is a plus, but not a requirement

VACANCY: Become a member of the disciplinary committee and contribute to the core values of our club
Do you want to contribute to our club's core values – sportsmanship, respect, and integrity? Then this is your chance!
We are looking for two new members for our Disciplinary Committee.
What does the Disciplinary Committee do?
The Disciplinary Committee plays a crucial role within the club by taking action when core values are at stake. Our committee consists of four members, all with legal backgrounds as lawyers, judges, or attorneys. We handle reports received from the arbitration committee, the HCDB board, or the KNHB (Royal Dutch Football Association). These reports can range from yellow or red cards to serious incidents such as fights.
After receiving a report, we thoroughly investigate the situation. We consult with those involved, ensuring both sides are heard. Based on these discussions, we make a well-considered decision and, on behalf of the club, may impose a sanction, such as a suspension. This sanction is then reported to the KNHB (Royal Dutch Football Association), which usually adopts it. We also ensure the implementation and monitoring of the imposed sanctions. We also take preventative action by meeting with members or teams when necessary.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for members with the following profile:
- Legal background: Preferably you have experience as a lawyer, judge, or attorney.
- Strong communication skills: You can hold robust conversations and have a fluent pen for composing statements.
- Availability: You have time on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, mainly in the evenings, to have occasional conversations (approximately once a month, one hour per conversation).
- Hockey experience: Understanding the game of hockey is an advantage as it helps you assess situations.

VACANCY: COMPETITION SECRETARIAT FOR SENIORS
We are looking for two new members for our senior competition secretariat.
What does the senior competition secretariat do?
The senior match secretary arranges everything surrounding the matches, so that players, coaches, and referees know exactly where and when they need to be on Sunday.
What are you going to do:
· You create a match schedule every week via LISA and inform the teams when and where they are playing.
· You adjust matches if they need to be postponed or rescheduled and coordinate this with the other clubs.
· You ensure that referees are scheduled for the matches.
You communicate clearly with coaches, team managers and referees viawedstrijden-senioren@hcdenbosch.nl
· Scheduling practice matches on Sundays.
· You are the point of contact if there are any questions or problems regarding matches (e.g. field layout or a change).
After the match, check that the results have been correctly entered into the digital system. If necessary, inform the teams if anything is incorrect.
· You are the point of contact for the Association on behalf of the club.
You are an important link between the KNHB, other associations and HCDB.
You will be in contact with various committees within the club, such as the TC and training committee.
What to bring:
You are available for an average of 4-5 hours per week, primarily working on Mondays.
· This position is best filled by 2 people.

Are you passionate about hockey and want to contribute to the development of our youngest youth? Then this is your chance! HC 's-Hertogenbosch's Youngest Youth Committee is looking for reinforcements. Join our team and make a direct impact on youth hockey for ages 10 and up.
As a Junior Youth Committee member, you play a crucial role within our club and have an important role in recruiting and retaining members. It's a varied, enjoyable, and above all, valuable role at one of the most thriving hockey clubs in the Netherlands.
We are looking for you: a team player with a passion for hockey and our youth.
Our Youngest Youth Committee is structured around a chairperson, secretary, and one or more coordinators per team. With several positions available for the upcoming season, this is the perfect time to join.
What can you expect?
As a member of the Youngest Youth Committee, you will manage an age group, preferably together with a fellow line coordinator. This means you'll be the first point of contact for questions, help with team composition, and work closely with managers and coaches. You'll also contribute to organizing annual team photos and various other activities, such as the mini-final day and the kick-off/start-up tournament.
